MORE ABOUT

MY WORK

I have been with Public Profit for over four years. In my current and past roles, I have created tools and processes for rigorous data collection and analysis that are culturally responsive and equitable, including surveys, interview protocols, observation rubrics, codebooks, and data dictionaries. I have authored a variety of deliverables including, but not limited to, impact reports, data dashboards, implementation plans, literature reviews, and theories of change that are accessible and actionable for a wide range of audiences. And, I have facilitated large scale capacity building trainings and provided technical assistance on all things data, especially on ways to include participant, grantee, or community voice in the design and implementation of evaluations and strategies.

Prior to joining Public Profit, I was a researcher with Special Olympics Young Athletes supporting the evaluation of their programs in the United States and abroad and I was the coordinator of the Graduate Statistics Lab for University at Buffalo’s College of Arts and Sciences helping students excel in research design, analysis, and reporting. I earned my MS in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics at the University at Buffalo and my BA in Economics and Environmental Studies at Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
